Through a self-discovery process based on the science and art of Social Emotional Learning, participants will build capacity and potential by learning key high performance psychology practices while uncovering their own personalized psychological framework. Participants will learn a more sturdy and flexible mindset in order to stay vibrant and refreshed on a day-to-day basis by incorporating the foundational Social Emotional practices of self-awareness, self-regulation, and social-awareness. The introductory high performance protocol is aimed at creating the best version of yourself with a crystal clear vision of who you want to become and how you want to approach the world.
