It’s Ok Not to Be Ok

This session affirms the fact that (Through video and song) “It’s ok not to be ok.” Not only is it okay to not feel “ok” it is essential. Anxiety is a very normal response to an abnormal situation. The good news is self-awareness paired with self-care activities i.e. mindfulness, journaling, reading, and taking time to do things we love and enjoy will quickly get us back on the road to emotional wellness and able to continue to care for and lead others.
