Taylor Genseal has been in the field of behavior analysis for 6 years. She has a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southeast Missouri State University. Her fieldwork as a grad student was spent in an alternative placement special education school for students who engaged in behaviors that put themselves and/or others at significant risk of physical harm. Taylor’s experience has primarily been with special education students but she also supports the general education department due to high frequency and intensity of interfering behaviors.
Allison Erl is a social emotional learning teacher and coach in the North Chicago School District 187. She also is a consultant for Hand2Mind in writing product guides for some of their SEL products. Allison grew up and currently resides in Lake County, IL. She graduated with a BA in Elementary Education from Trinity International University and is currently working on a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University. Allison believes in the value of reaching the whole child to promote success both in school and as a community citizen. When she is not teaching, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, reading historical fiction, and bingeing Netflix.
